problems of chemical mutagenesis, heteroduplex repair and unstable
genes in fission yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe.

Chalk River Nuclear Laboratories on the questions related to
radiation-induced mutations and DNA repair in yeast, Postdoctoral

Research on various aspects of the mechanisms of
mutagenesis, heteroduplex repair and unstable genes in yeast at
National Research Council of Canada, Ottawa, 1973-July 1989.
Research studies related to gene transfer within
different yeasts. This approach involved the techniques of strain
improvement, protoplast fusion, transformation and gene cloning.
